Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 June 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Flolio website and service. By using Flolio you agree to them. Company registration is in progress; this page will be updated with our full legal identity and registered address once finalised. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Educational tool — not financial advice
Flolio is an educational tool. Nothing on this website or in the service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Flolio does not tell you what to do with your money and does not designate a “best” or “recommended” strategy. Backtested results show how rules-based strategies performed on historical data; past performance is not indicative of future results, and all investing involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should seek independent advice where appropriate.
3. No execution of trades
Flolio does not execute trades or hold your money or assets. It analyses and backtests strategies and presents information; every decision to act, and how to act, remains entirely with you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Flolio lawfully and not to misuse the service — including not attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or reproduce it for a competing service.
5. Intellectual property
The Flolio name, branding, site, and content are owned by Flolio (or its licensors) and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flolio is provided “as is” and we are not liable for any investment losses or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change; continued use means you accept the current terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
